Understanding Human-LLM Interactions to Shape the Future of AI Usage
Human-Centred AI Assessment for Responsible Deployment
Generative AI tools are now in the hands of everyday users, and that makes the human side of model deployment critical. Risk doesn’t just come from the model, but from how people use it. Misuse, misunderstanding, or overreliance can have real-world consequences.
At Intellect Frontier, we help organisations assess and monitor the human impact of AI systems, ensuring safe, responsible, and regulation-ready deployment for their LLM models across business, education, and healthcare.

Human Centred AI testing for LLM Deployment
We offer more realistic AI evaluations that go beyond one-size-fits-all metrics. Our approach captures how AI behaves in everyday use, including its adaptability, bias risks, and long-term effects on users. We use participatory methods like surveys, red teaming (simulated stress tests), and field trials with real users to spot hidden issues - from subtle biases to unpredictable failures - before they become real-world problems. This helps ensure AI tools stay trustworthy, safe, and effective over time.
This ensures your organisation:
Avoids reputational damage from unexpected or harmful AI outputs
Maximises utility immediately after deployment
Saves significant costs on internal testing and model fine-tuning
Is prepared for future AI regulation
Visibility for Senior Leadership for Responsible AI Usage
One of the biggest uncertainties facing senior leadership today is how employees are actually using AI. Is it driving better outcomes - or introducing unseen risks? We help organisations understand how tools like ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot are being used in day-to-day workflows. Are employees applying AI thoughtfully, or relying on it without enough oversight? Without visibility, both missed opportunities and critical risks can fly under the radar.
Our solution provides:
Dashboards that surface real usage patterns and behaviours
Tailored training to build responsible, effective AI habits
Ongoing monitoring to track improvements over time
AI adoption is inevitable - make sure your teams are using it to enhance performance, not compromise it.
Natural Conversational Analytics Research
Our work lays the foundation for a new research discipline - natural conversational analytics focused on understanding how people think, learn, and engage through dialogue with AI.We view Human-LLM dialogue as a fundamentally new form of engagement and the behavioural and societal potential for research is expansive. With applications across education, psychology, and human-computer interaction, this branch of research aims to deepen our understanding of how AI is reshaping the way we reason, create, and connect.
AI Usage Literacy Sessions for Education & Industry
We run expert-led sessions to help teams and educators use LLMs responsibly and effectively. In business, we focus on enhancing critical thinking, avoiding bias, and integrating AI into workflows without cutting corners. In education, we support concept-building through dialogue with LLMs - while staying mindful of hallucinations and over-agreeability.Co-developed with Sheffield Hallam University, our sessions have been delivered in commercial, university, and school settings.
Other Research
Beyond our core offering, we also operate as a research institute exploring several pioneering areas. This includes how different neurotypes, age groups, cultures, languages, and demographics engage in dialogue with LLMs - helping shape more inclusive, adaptive AI systems.
We're also investigating medical applications, such as using natural LLM conversations to monitor cognitive recovery in stroke patients or track treatment adherence across a range of conditions. These are early but high-potential areas, with significant implications for future healthcare delivery.
